At WaggleWow LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns and issue refunds in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Policy

  • You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them.
  • Clearance, final‑sale, and gift‐card purchases are not eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email our Returns Team at support@wagglewow.store within 30 days of delivery.
    • In your message, include:
      • Order number
      • Item name(s) and quantity
      • Reason for return
  2. Receive Your RMA
    We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship Your Return
    • Pack the item securely, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 30 business days.
  • If your refund is denied, we will ship the item back to you at no additional charge.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and note that you’d like an exchange rather than a refund.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel any item from your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@wagglewow.store.
  • After 12 hours, orders enter our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be canceled.
